Guardian is an assistance and preventive information tool. The app does not guarantee complete protection against all types of fraud and does not replace the user\'s own judgment. The final decision to end a call or carry out financial transactions rests with the user. The developer is not liable for any losses arising from the user\'s actions or inaction.

4. License and intellectual property rights

Guardian is provided under a non-exclusive right for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the app for commercial purposes without the developer\'s written consent.

5. Changes to the terms and applicable law

The developer reserves the right to update these Terms as the app evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or the Google Play page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
